School Districts
School districts have a critical responsibility to ensure a safe learning environment by preparing staff to effectively respond to medical emergencies. First Aid training is an essential component of this preparation.
By implementing comprehensive First Aid training, school districts strengthen their ability to respond to medical emergencies quickly and effectively, ensuring student health and safety should always be a top priority.

1
ADMINISTRATORS

All staff, especially those in direct contact with students should receive regular training. Along with training Basic First Aid, Robinson Training & Associates, LLC helps administrators devise health plans through the creation of Crisis Management Plans that should be updated regularly to include all plans for students with known medical conditions.
2
TEACHERS, AIDES, PARAPROFESSIONALS

Medical emergencies such as allergic reactions, asthma attacks, diabetic episodes, seizures and injuries can occur at any time. Robinson Training & Associates, LLC trains teachers, paraprofessionals and aides in proper EpiPen and Asthma inhaler use.
3
BUS DRIVERS, SUB DRIVERS, BUS AIDES

School bus drivers and aides are often the first adults responsible for students before and after school hours. Because emergencies can occur while in transit-where immediate medical help may be delayed-it is essential that these staff members are trained to handle health and safety incidents on the bus.
